After being chilled, filtered, and dried, the compressed air is shot into the crushing chamber through nozzles to form a supersonic airflow, which fluidizes the material. The accelerated material converges at the intersection point of multiple nozzles' airflows, causing intense collisions, friction, and shearing, thereby achieving ultrafine particle size reduction. The crushed material is then transported by the ascending airflow to the impeller classification zone. Under the action of centrifugal force from the classifier wheel and the suction force of the fan, the coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber for further crushing under its own gravity, while the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow. The fine dust is collected by the bag filter, and the purified air is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
