Lab Scale Micron Powder Shaping Mill 

The particle shaping machine is a kind of powder shape control equipment independently developed by our company according to the different powder shape requirements. According to the different requirements of powder morphology, such as spheroidization, shape, height-to-thickness ratio, length-to-diameter ratio, etc., the particle morphology can be shaped and particle size can be controlled. 

LNPE has developed two kinds of Shaping Mill, Jet Mill Shaper and Impact Mill Shaper, which are used for shaping of different materials. They have been well used in the shaping of graphite, diamond, silicon carbide, mica, wollastonite and other materials. The Jet Mill Shaper is suitable for material with Mohs hardness 3-10, such as diamond and SIC. The Impact Mill Shaper is suitable for material with Mohs hardness less than 4.5.
