N-41ptfe series composite ion membrane has the property of cationic one-way passage. Due to the use of high-strength ptfe mesh cloth as the support layer, with the most suitable molecular weight and ion exchange capacity of perfluorosulfonic acid resin, it has the characteristics of super chemical resistance and durability.


     Perfluorinated ion membrane n-41ptfe series is a composite perfluorinated ion membrane H type of perfluorinated sulfonic acid produced by korun company by steel strip casting method. Perfluorinated ionic membrane as the separation of Yin and Yang in all kinds of cell and battery very solid electrolyte, membrane has the property of unidirectional by cation, and because of the high strength as support layer ptfe mesh cloth, with the most appropriate molecular weight and ion exchange capacity of perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin, N-41 series compound perfluorinated ionic membrane has the characteristics of strong chemical resistance and durability. It is widely used in chlor-alkali industry, hydrogen production by electrolysis water, chlorine dioxide generator, amino acid refining, gold salt preparation, copper recovery by etching solution, electroplating and other fields.

Description: the supply size of the film is based on dry film products, at 23℃ and 50% relative humidity. The humidity and temperature of the air will affect its size. The products that need to be pretreated by our company are guaranteed to be of positive tolerance, and the products that need to be pretreated are all sheet materials.
Film packaging, the use of the volume, less than the volume of no core, a larger number of containing the core. Since the size of perfluorinated ion films will change under different temperature and humidity,  perfluorinated ion films are all protected by hard protective film to facilitate the stability of MEA spraying and size reduction. The outer packing is packed in plastic drums or hard cartons.

Recovery and Treatment:


As the product will volatilize toxic and harmful substances during incineration, it can be disposed by landfill method. Incineration should be allowed only if the incinerator can remove hydrogen fluoride and other acid combustion products. The disposal of this product must comply with local laws and regulations.
