Perflurorinated Ion-exchange membrane is a new kind of IEM . It is made by new resin flow technology . This new technology can combine with adulterated technology.

Thus our film has many outstanding features. It not only has the high tensile strength ,high selection,isotropy,high
conductance,but also has the effect of self-humidifying and with low Linear Expansion .

Perfluorinated ion film N-11 series is a single component of Perfluorinated sulfonic acid H type perfluorinated ion film produced by steel strip casting method. As a solid electrolyte separating anode and cathode in various electrolytic cells and cells, Membrane has the property of one-way passage of cation. Due to the use of polytetrafluorin as the main chain, the most suitable molecular weight and ion exchange capacity can be adjusted, so the membrane has the characteristics of chemical resistance and durability. Widely used in: vanadium cell, liquid flow cell, fuel cell, electrolytic water hydrogen production and other fields.

Packing:

Film packaging, the use of coil, the number of small no core, more volume containing core. As the size of Perfluorinated ion film will change under different temperature and humidity, the perfluorinated ion film is covered with hard protective film to facilitate MEA's spraying and reduce the size stability. The outer packing adopts plastic drum or hard carton packaging.

Recovery and Treatment:

As the product will volatilize toxic and harmful substances during incineration, it can be disposed by landfill method. Incineration should be allowed only if the incinerator can remove hydrogen fluoride and other acid combustion products. The disposal of this product must comply with local laws and regulations.
