 Alkaline Protease

• Fermentation strain: bacillus licheniform
• Can effectively hydrolyze proteins at broad range of temperature and pH conditions, can be applied to many fields such as detergent, leather depilation, leather softening, silk scouring etc..

Activity Definition

One unit (U) of Protease is defined as the quantity of enzyme required to liberate 1μg Forint positive amino acid and peptide of tyrosine per minute at 40°C, pH10.5.

Characteristics

1. Optimum temperature: 40℃-60℃

2. Optimum pH: 8-12

3.Water bath treatment: 

Keep under different water bath temperature for 5min, detecting enzyme survival rate.

Product Functions

Store under sealed, room temperature (less than 25℃)  for 12 months in original package

Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
