1 year from cargo on board.

The main accessories like spindle, motor all are one year.

The cutting tools are consumable parts not included in warranty.

Q: How to install and run the machine?

A: Our technician have installed the machine before shipping. For some small parts installation will sending detail training video,user`s manual along wih the machine.

Q: What`s the package?

A: Normally we have 3 layers package. For the outside we use wood case with steel frame. In the middle the machine is covered with bubble wrap to protect the machine from sharking. For the inside layer the machine is covered by plastic cloth for waterproof.

Q:How can i do if the machine out of order?

A:  If the machine have any problems which you cann`t fix it by yourshelf. Then pls contact ue via email,phone,whatsapp etc. We will reponse whith in 12 hours as quick as we can to solve it for you. We also can provide engineer service to your place.
