Corona Treated White Polyester Insulation /PET Film

Product Description POLYESTER FILM CY11 Polyester film is made up of PET slice by melting, casting and biaxial tensile orientation.  The film of CY11 is type of opaque white film, with matte or glossy surface, which owning excellent electrical insulating performance and compound machining performance, one or both sides corona treated for ink and adhesive. Can be used for screen printing, inkjet printing, solar backsheet, steel labels etc.
Technique data The product accord with GB/T 13542.4-2009 Electrical insulation film Part 4; Polyester film standard request, the main performance indexes are as follows:
1) Film of Rolls, the surface is smooth, should not be smooth wrinkles, rent, particle, bubble, pinhole and foreigh mateere, film should be neat without damage.
2) The thickness should be determined by the parties, selection of nominal thickness: 125μm,150μm, 188μm, 250μm, 300μm, 350μm.
3) Width is determined by parties, otherwise recommend 1000mm. The width of the film(excluding roll )shall conform to the provisions in Table 1, while cutting the film. 4) Piece-ups and shortest segment length The piece-ups and shortest segment length of each roll is determined by supply and requisitioning parties, otherwise based on the table 2.
